=== Canadian SIM Card ===
When you purchase a phone SIM card, and it has not arrived, we will refund the cost of the SIM card.
When you purchase a phone SIM card and haven’t yet left for Canada, then we cannot refund the cost of the SIM card because it has already been activated in your name, and we cannot re-use it.

=== Transportation ===
When you purchase transportation and needed to cancel, a full refund is available only when an email with your Order # is sent to info@readyforarrival.com 48 hours prior to arrival date.
